Tousled Beauty Studio

Tousled is a beauty studio located in El Paso, Texas, with a second location in Las Cruces, New Mexico. It offers hair, nail, and brow services, specializing in bridal services. Inspired by the beauty of the surrounding Chihuahuan Desert, the project blossomed during and after the hectic environment brought on by the pandemic. The studio aims to be a second home, promoting self-love, care, and empowerment for clients seeking their best selves.

RE-BRANDING

Collaboration is the Real Beauty of This Project

We were happy to collaborate with design studio Estudio Wikka for branding and Mónica Lozano as the project photographer. It was a pleasure for us to help Tousled Beauty Studio with their rebrand launch, supporting them with design implementations and, of course, their website.

Real Evolution Comes From the Inside

As with many other successful rebranding projects, Tousled Beauty Studio aimed not only to change its identity and customer experience but also to incorporate new services that were naturally demanded by its loyal clientele. These new services were introduced alongside a long-term campaign: “Embrace your beauty, Embrace your nature, Embrace your force.”

BRAND STRATEGY

Expanding Sources of Revenue

Tousled Beauty Studio not only expanded their service menu but also introduced the bridal lounge rental and a curated store called Tousled Tiendita. Handpicked by the owner, this store sells merchandise featuring the long-term campaign slogan. The store elevates the ambiance with customized candles inspired by the desert and has also become a new source of revenue for the small business owner—another initiative we were thrilled to support.

Project Services

Branding & Photography

We collaborated with Estudio Wikka to rebrand, establish a new voice, and create visual content that resonates with our client’s customer base.

Website Design & Development

We designed and developed a website that serves as an informational resource and directs the audience to book their beauty sessions through our client’s booking platform.

System Integrations

We integrated the website with Booker.com, and we suggested and executed an integration with Mailchimp for Tousled to start utilizing email marketing.

Paid Advertising

Once the website was done, we created a brand awareness campaign for the new branding and offerings, generating thousands of views and a successful brand launch.
